Mellisa McBryde is an experienced property manager, currently providing on-site property management services for retail and office buildings located in throughout Denver Metro Area. Known for high-level management and strong communication skills, Mellisa is particularly effective at operations management, team training and supervision, best practices implementation, contract negotiations and renewals and tenant and owner relations.
In her current role, Mellisa leads a dedicated property management team, providing engineering oversight and hands-on quality control for all services. She is responsible for producing monthly financial reports, managing tenant A/R, contract execution, vendor task execution, billing tenants for services, overseeing the A/P process, project management and tenant issues. She also maintains vendor contracts and directs the maintenance operations for the properties.
Mellisa joined CREG in 2018 bringing with her over twenty years of property management experience. Prior to joining CREG, she was Senior Regional Property Manager at ACF Property Management, Inc., where she was responsible for leading and activities involved in the management of 45 commercial retail properties encompassing 9 million square feet throughout the Denver area as well as in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, New Hampshire, and Texas.
