Michael DePalma is a Partner and commercial real estate broker at Crosbie Real Estate Group. Michael’s specialties are retail real estate brokerage including leasing and sales of land and shopping centers along with strategic site selection services. He has been very successful at designing and implementing plans specifically tailored to each client. He puts in constant effort to attract new retail concepts and introduce them to his existing base of clients, which has been instrumental to his growth. Michael has leased or sold over 2.5 million SF, all totaling over 550 transactions and $475 million in transaction value. Michael has the willingness to work hard, work intelligently, and focus attention to exact market conditions. Michael is an active member of the Site Source Broker Network and former member of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, a frequently published contributor in the Colorado Real Estate Journal and trusted event panel speaker. When not focusing on work, Michael also is an active outdoorsman who loves snowmobiling, motorcycling, camping, hunting, and golfing. He is a devoted husband and father of two.
