David joined Crosbie Real Estate Group in 2020, bringing 13 years of property management experience to the team. Having managed a wide variety of assets, David employs a unique and comprehensive management style, focused on operations, financial oversight and customer service.
He began his career in student housing, eventually shifting to the management of commercial assets, including retail, light industrial, and office. A licensed broker in Colorado with a passion for real estate, David focuses on maximizing returns for landlords through active management.
He lives in Golden Colorado with his wife and two kids, and can be found in the foothills on the weekends.
