Forrest joined CREG in 2015 as an Associate broker, working directly alongside Scott Crosbie providing research and brokerage support. He has proven to be an important member of the CREG team.
Forrest began his career in commercial real estate in Virginia, where he was an assistant asset manager at the Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust. His day-to-day involvement with landlord representation and tenant interaction has been a strong foundation for his brokerage career.
His daily responsibilities include negotiating LOIs, writing contracts, cold calling, and working closely with landlords, tenants, developers, owners, and buyers to develop ground-up retail properties, coordinate market tours, site rides, and more. His current list of clients include Lincoln Property Company, Amstar, Ogilvie Properties and Urban Frontier as well as tenants such as Wendy’s, El Pollo Loco, and Academy Bank.
Forrest holds a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
