Jonathan Donahue is a seasoned Property Manager who partners with owners and tenants to create value and help achieve financial goals through decisive and effective day to day property management. After spending nearly a decade working in multifamily housing, Jonathan made the transition to commercial property management in 2012 managing a wide variety of real estate product from Class A office high-rise buildings to flex warehouse and industrial parks. After a short stint back in the single family / multifamily world helping both tenants and property owners navigate the myriad of federal aid programs, Jonathan is happy to be back where he excels, managing commercial property portfolios.
When not in the office or out in the field, Jonathan can be found coaching his daughter’s basketball team, pursuing strength training goals in the gym, or on one of the many hiking trails found throughout Colorado.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
