About Rhonda Coy
13 years at CREG
Rhonda joined CREG in February 2007 and promptly established herself as a valuable asset to the CREG team. She was quickly promoted into the research and marketing department, and after several years overseeing those areas made the natural progression into brokerage. Rhonda became a Partner at CREG in 2016.
Rhonda has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Colorado marketplace, and of the needs of tenants and landlords alike. Her work in marketing and research has given her a strong fundamental understanding of the market and what tenants are looking for, as well as how to approach the leasing of shopping centers.
Rhonda’s career has been focused both on landlord representation and on representing local and national retailers in finding new opportunities, as well as the disposition of their outdated retail space. In 2013, Harman Management, the largest KFC franchisee group, hired Rhonda and fellow broker Scott Steputis to dispose of 7 free standing fast food buildings. Both Rhonda and Scott provided Broker Opinion of Value’s and then developed and executed unique marketing strategy that targeted select retailers and developers. They made the disposition for their client efficient, profitable, and hassle-free.
Rhonda's current clients include Regis Corp. (Supercuts, Cost Cutters, Pro-Cuts, Cool Cuts 4 Kids), AT&T Mobility, 7-Eleven, ACE Hardware, Brident Dental, DDR Corp., Wells Fargo, and GDA Real Estate Services, LLC.
