Rich believes in creativity, hard work and putting his clients’ interests ahead of his own. With almost 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry including brokerage, development and property management, he brings a lot of perspective to the table no matter the assignment.
Rich moved to Denver nearly twenty years ago and joined Crosbie Real Estate Group in 2004. He has had the pleasure of working with numerous Landlords, Developers and Retailers throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Rich’s depth of knowledge is diverse - he has been involved in urban and suburban projects ranging from 1,000 SF to 200,000 SF, including new developments and bank owned assignments. Some highlights of his career include: assembling a King Soopers Anchored Shopping Center development with 70,000 SF of ancillary retail and office space in Conifer, CO, assisting the developer with the creation of a Metro District to help pay for the infrastructure; a redevelopment of a former Albertsons in Brighton, CO into a Big Lots and Harbor Freight Tools; being the lead leasing agent for a portfolio of over 800,000 SF of space (several times); and assisting many retailers in rolling out new concepts and expanding existing concepts throughout Colorado.
Other than work, Rich’s interests are his family and motorcycles. He is involved in adventure motorcycling which takes him to remote places in the Rockies where he enjoys the challenges of more technical riding and being out in nature.
